Privacy notice

Norpoint Advisory, run by Lee Holland, uses the information you submit to review and respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential engagement.

What the form collects

Your name, email address, optional company and phone number, the package you are interested in, your message and the time of submission. A short-lived hashed network identifier and hashed email identifier are used to limit repeated submissions; these are cleared after the rate-limit window on a subsequent submission.

Where it goes

Enquiries are stored in the website’s database and are accessible to the site owner through a protected inbox. The site uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure to host and operate this service. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Retention and requests

Enquiries are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed to handle the enquiry or any resulting engagement. To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, select “A privacy or data request” on the enquiry form. Please avoid sending confidential customer records or sensitive network information.

Payments and sign-in

If you receive a payment request after agreeing the scope, payment takes place on the named external payment provider’s website under its privacy notice. This site does not collect or store card details, receive payment confirmations or automatically mark enquiries as paid. Enquiry details are not automatically sent to the payment provider. Owner sign-in is provided by ChatGPT and may use authentication cookies. No marketing analytics or advertising trackers have been added to this site.
